Cricxo Bet Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Cricxo Bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Cricxo Bet platform at cricxo-bet.net, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Cricxo Bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Cricxo Bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Cricxo Bet is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the player.

• Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

Cricxo Bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees as the platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. Deposits are credited to your Cricxo Bet balance within minutes of a successful transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Cricxo Bet does not charge a fee for deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Cricxo Bet reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large deposits. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Withdrawal requests on Cricxo Bet are processed within 30 minutes on average, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.

• Cricxo Bet does not charge a fee on standard withdrawal transactions.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.
• Cricxo Bet may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in the player's name will not be processed.

In cases where identity verification is required, the player must provide the requested documents within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's Cricxo Bet balance.

Cricxo Bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on Cricxo Bet, you agree to the applicable terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your account. Real money is used first when placing bets.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the bonus offer. Uncompleted wagering will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual offer. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.

All bets placed on Cricxo Bet are subject to the specific rules of the game being played, as well as the general betting rules in this section. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and all bets returned to the player's balance.
• Cricxo Bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and bonus play. These limits are displayed within the game interface.
• Cricxo Bet uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Game outcomes are fair and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live table game results are determined by real dealers and physical equipment. Cricxo Bet is not responsible for human error by live dealers, though disputed rounds will be reviewed.

If you believe a game result was incorrect or that a technical error affected your bet, contact Cricxo Bet support within 24 hours of the incident with your game round ID. Claims submitted after this window may not be investigated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Cricxo Bet. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Cricxo Bet staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion by opening a new account.
